Broadway Beanie

*update 1/1/2017 New size added!  Additional sizes and video tutorials are in the works!

***If you were working from the original pattern continue working the size labeled “toddler” it is the same as the original pattern.

I came across Isaac Mizrahi Broadway yarn on clearance at Michaels and snatched it up! (It’s on sale for $1.99/skein at Premier Yarns right now.). I love how fun this yarn is with sparkly metallic flecks.

My daughter is really into hats right now, so I thought I would make her a fancy little beanie to wear.  We’ve had a mild winter until recently, so a lighter hat was all she needed.  It’s perfect for that transition from fall to winter when it’s cool but not freezing cold.

The label says this is worsted weight but it works up like a lighter weight yarn. I would recommend using Caron Simply Soft as a substitute.
